Guidelines

The Senate Ethics Officer may publish guidelines on any matter concerning the interpretation of the Code. The Standing Committee on Ethics and Conflict of Interest for Senators must approve the guidelines. The following guidelines have been published by the Senate Ethics Officer after being approved by the Committee.
