The Senate Ethics Officer (SEO), the Hon James W O'Reilly, has submitted his 2024-2025 Annual Report
June 2025 – The Senate Ethics Officer (SEO), the Hon James W O’Reilly, has submitted his 2024-2025 Annual Report on the administration of the Ethics and Conflict of Interest Code for Senators to the Speaker of the Senate. The Annual Report was tabled in the Senate today.
In his first annual report, the SEO offers his observations on his first few months in the position, as well as some aspirations and goals for the future.
